Let Pontarelli limousine greet you and help efficiently move you through the airport. Our meet and greet staff is experienced in negotiating local airports, helping with baggage and getting you to your limousine. Your limousine airport greeter is continuously in contact with your limousine chauffeur until you are safely seated in the vehicle and on to the more important portion of your trip.

Dispatch and Quality Control Staff

Our team of limousine dispatch and quality control staff are committed to superior limousine services worldwide. They organize the limousine driver’s schedules, assign vehicles, contact limousine chauffeurs, reconfirm limousine reservations and adapt to changes throughout the day to provide seamless service. Each client is advised of the limousine drivers name and cell number 20 minutes prior to pickup via email or a personal courtesy call. Our limousine staff combines organizational skills, technology and with customer service to deliver the performance demanded by our clients.
