We used Pontarelli for our wedding, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our guests arrived on time to our wedding and our shuttle even came back one additional time at night to pick up our remaining guests. They truly went above and beyond. I spoke with Diane to get everything set up, and she couldn’t have been more nice and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend for a wedding or large event!! Read less

We are so happy that we used Pontarelli for our son’s wedding transportation. Diane communicated well with us answering all our questions, providing thoughtful guidance and tips. Our drivers were timely, communicative, kind and friendly. The quality and cleanliness of the vehicles we rented was outstanding. The level of service we received provided comfort and reliability. We used Pontarelli for 2 trips for an executive team in Chicago. They were timely, professional & friendly from the first interaction. Very easy to book, good rates & great fleet. Our drivers were super personable and the mini busses that we took were nice & clean. Would recommend them to anyone & would use again if we are ever back in the city. Read less
